Conditions for returning

Returns can be made within 14 days after receiving the goods.
You can request this via info@daisyluiten.com.

The following articles cannot be exchanged and/or returned:

• Items that are used, damaged, opened or incomplete.

• Personalized items

• Discount vouchers and gift cards.

   

Return costs

1. Return at the expense of Practice and company Daisy Luiten (you will receive a voucher)

Daisy Luiten will pay for the return shipping costs. You will receive the amount of the items you return in the form of a digital voucher that you can spend on daisyluiten.com.

2. Return at your own expense (you will receive your money back)

If you want your money back instead of a voucher, you return the items at your own expense. The amount already paid for your order will be refunded after receipt and inspection of the items.

Steps to be taken

1. Mail your return request to info@daisyluiten.com. Please state:

• the reason for return,
• your invoice or order number
• either you choose to return at our expense + receipt of a voucher or you choose to return at your own expense and receive a refund (please also state your bank account number).

2. You will receive an email confirmation of receipt + return instructions.
3. Return the return shipment within 14 days after registration.
4. After receipt of the return shipment, Praktijk en Onderneming Daisy Luiten will send a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
5. After checking and depending on the choice, we will exchange the item (if available), send a voucher or refund (part of) the purchase amount within 14 days.
